Cottage Rental Details

Rental : periods are weekly,
Friday to Friday (by popular request). Please arrive
after 4.00pm and vacate before 10.00am on the day of
departure. We request that you leave the cottage clean
and tidy. A charge will be incurred should we have to
make any extra effort in preparing the cottage for the next
guests.

Deposit : There is a refundable
deposit of £50 required to cover for breakages, damage etc.
If no mishaps occur this will be refunded approx. 1 week
after the end of your holiday.

Cancellation : If you have
to cancel, every effort will be made to re-let the property
for you. If we are successful, all monies will be
refunded to you less any administrative costs.

Children/Pets : Well behaved
children are very welcome but no pets please. Parents
are entirely responsible for their children's behaviour and
are requested to consider the other guests.

Adjoining property : Penhale
House and gardens are privately occupied and do not form
part of the holiday cottages. Guests are requested to
respect the privacy of those living at Penhale House.

Liability : The
management/landlords/employees cannot accept responsibility
for accidents, sickness, damage, theft, death etc. to those
visiting or staying on the property or to their personal
belongings/equipment.

Linen : Please bring all linen
and towels with you. We can however provide linen at a
fee of £4 per person. Please request this when
booking.
How to Book a Cottage
Please telephone me first to check
availability (01872-862369). Bookings will be confirmed on
receipt of your deposit cheque for £100.
Then, about 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, a reminder
will be sent for the balance and the refundable 'breakages'
deposit. On receipt of this cheque directions and
arrangements for the key will be sent to you.

".
